Program Leadership – Served as lead construction management team overseeing overall program compliance and work order deployment, and crew coordination across Puerto Rico’s diverse geographical regions.

Emergency Logistics – Managed complex shipping and transportation of construction materials to island locations with damaged ports and limited transportation infrastructure while maintaining close collaboration with the Department of Housing throughout the evolving program requirements.

Crew Coordination – Supervised multiple construction crews operating simultaneously across diverse terrain from coastal areas to mountainous regions with varying accessibility challenges.

Quality Control – Implemented comprehensive inspection protocols and project management standards to ensure all 12,500+ home repairs met program specifications and homeowner satisfaction requirements.

Adaptive Management – Developed real time solutions for aging work orders, material availability issues, and changing program directives while maintaining production targets.

Result:

Vantage successfully managed the repair and restoration of over 12,500 homes across Puerto Rico, delivering the largest scale residential recovery program in the island’s history while maintaining quality standards and program compliance under extraordinary circumstances.
